Customer Service

1、Data Processing: input and process the data and information of the clients and the project procedures in the internal system (Tracking System), so that the status of the project can be checked by all departments of the company.
2、Trouble-shooting and Coordination: solve the problems raised in the on-going project, and coordinate involved parties to ensure the project running smoothly to meet the requirements of the clients.
3、Progress Management: generate weekly reports from the Tracking system and arrange schedules of the next week.
4、Consulting: listen to the clients comments, deal with their complaints, and give them advice and suggestions.
